After working many toxic jobs that were not in alignment with my true self, I decided to break the cycle in October 2020 and set myself free from the matrix. I did this by leaning into being my own healer and designing a life that supports my true nature.

I am passionate about co-creating with my clients and giving them the tools needed to live and work blissfully and authentically. My practices are rooted in energy work, meditation, plant medicine, and writing.
